Easter in 2020 has been a different year for everyone. In the past, we love to go out for celebrating Easter holiday with family. However, this year's Easter traditions might not be so well and traditional. You might already have your Easter Brunch or Easter dinner planned, but maybe a big trip to the grocery store to buy the ingredients is not going to happen this year. Or maybe you've been cooking three meals a day for the whole family, and you're ready to let someone else do the cooking!
Now let us recommend some great local café to help you avoid the cooking!
1. Single O
Killer coffee, sleek design and native ingredient-driven cooking collide at this revered roaster's Surry Hills outpost
Single O knows how to make headlines. Back in 2003, single-origin coffee was very much uncharted territory in Sydney, until the brand came along and introduced us to the high-minded virtues of bean provenance and production. In the time since, they’ve built a solar-powered roaster in Botany; played an instrumental part in the creation of a milk tap system to cut down plastic bottle use that has taken off in cafés across the country; and brought us Rinsey, supposedly the world’s first DIY reusable cup washer.

2. Bills, Bondi
Every man, woman and their French bulldog is lining up for a seat at the brand-new Bills
Breakfast at Bills isn’t cheap, but then a morning meal in Sydney rarely means getting away for less than $50 once you’ve factored in coffee, juice and an extra serve of smashed avocado let alone a little sneaky breakfast dessert. Love to hate it or love to love it, Bills continues to deliver a level of food and service most Sydney cafés aspire to.

3. Southside Charmers
Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner you seek, make sure you dress brightly and arrive hungry at this little slice of Miami Vice in Redfern
The menu predominantly features 'breakfast all day' dishes, with a few lunch items well-suited to the takeaway crowd. Thursday through Saturday nights you can slide on in for dinner, too – a move no doubt inspired by the success of Bart Jr. Just about every dish is offered with suggested additions, making it dangerously easy to splash out if you’re with a group (or if, like us, you simply struggle with self-control). Words like ‘caramelised pear brioche’ leap from the page, hoping to join your party as a plus one.
